Hope you all have great plans for the weekend. Before you skip off into the weekend, I want to share this lovely shoot of model Smita Lasrado. Love the mix of the fascinator with the lengha – it’s stunning. The way the tikka is paired together with fascinator is brillant. I’m also in love with the turban – i know that might be far fetched idea. But i do encourage the fashion lovers, the trend setters to try the fascinator, it might add the edge you’re looking for.

Often times, i feel we look for sarees that are elaborately decorated with sequins, gems, stones and so much glitter for a dramatic effect. It’s not necessarily mandatory. Stay within your budget, pick up a simple saree that has your skin glowing and finish it off with accessories; heads will be turning. Play up the shoes, add on the dramatic jewels and go a little couture with the saree blouse. Do it up a little different while staying in the budget.

I can’t stop giggling over this incredibly fun and witty film captured by p-your vision. I love the narrators voice and all the quirky aspects of the film. What an amazing and talented couple; playing up all the indian Bollywood romance – the running through the fields after being rescued by her knight in shining armour. You’ll be sure to gush over the beauty of the ceremony and adore Mateen and Tito ‘s love story.
